Services
What services does Ecoficiency offer?
We offer 16 services covering new builds, extensions, full renovations, HMO conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, joinery, tiling, painting and decorating, bespoke wardrobes, roofing, rendering, electrical installations, plumbing and heating, and landscape gardening. Do you undertake new builds and extensions?
Yes. We build new homes and extensions from approved drawings. Planning permission and building regulations requirements depend on your project and should be confirmed with your designer or local authority.
Can I request a full renovation quote?
Yes. Use the quote form to describe the property and the work you have in mind. A site visit is usually needed before we can provide a detailed quotation for a full renovation.
Do you offer kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. We carry out kitchen and bathroom renovations, including preparation, installation, tiling and finishing. Gas and electrical elements are completed by appropriately qualified and registered professionals.
Do you undertake HMO conversions?
Yes, we carry out building work for HMO conversions. Requirements vary by property and local authority, so we recommend confirming planning, licensing and fire-safety requirements with the council and qualified advisers before work starts.

How do I request a quote?
Complete the form on our Get a Quote page with your details, the service you need and a description of the project. You can upload photos or drawings to help us understand the work.
What information should I provide?
Helpful details include the property postcode, the type of property, what you would like done, approximate sizes, any drawings or approvals you have, your ideal timescale and photographs of the area.
Can I upload project photographs?
Yes. The quote form accepts up to five JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files. Uploaded files are stored privately and are only seen by our team.
How will I be contacted?
We will contact you using your preferred method — phone or email — to discuss your enquiry and arrange any next steps.

Which locations do you cover?

Do you undertake domestic and commercial work?
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords and investors, as well as businesses and commercial property owners on suitable projects.
How are project requirements assessed?
We start with the information in your enquiry, then usually discuss the project and visit the property to agree the scope before preparing a quotation.
What planning or regulatory requirements may apply?
Depending on the work, you may need planning permission, building regulations approval, party wall agreements or, for HMOs, a licence. Requirements vary by property and local authority.
